• Shipping

    We offer complimentary shipping for all orders located in Canada above $125. Orders below $125 will ship for a flat rate of $15. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Shipping times are between 1-7 business days.

  • Local Delivery

    We are happy to provide delivery services within the Ottawa region for a flat fee of $7. Please note that our delivery service operates twice a month, with the specific dates posted at the checkout for your convenience. Packages will be left on your doorstep, unless you indicate otherwise.

  • Pick It Up

    We offer a free pick-up option from our studio in Orleans, Ontario (1656 Neptune Way). If you prefer a pick-up in Bourget, please let us know. Once your order is ready for pick up, you will receive an email confirmation.

Returns

At Sunday Glow Creative, we do not accept returns or exchanges of products unless they have been delivered in a damaged condition. While we take great care to protect your candles during transit, we understand that occasional damage may occur. Should your product arrive damaged, we are more than happy to offer a replacement or refund, provided that photographic evidence of the damage is submitted to us within 7 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for candles that have been used.
